I graduated with a Masters degree in Chemical Engineering from IIT, Madras. Since then, I've been involved in IT for more than 15 years, which includes 6 years in the USA and close to an year and a half in Australia, working with esteemed clients like NASA, DISA and Target.
I started of as a C++/Visual C++ developer and then worked using Java, ColdFusion and ASP. Parallely, I was able to gain enough knowledge and hands on experience in System Administration in Windows as well as Linux. After that, I had the opportunity to architect turnkey solutions using ASP.NET and MS SQL Server.
At present, I am putting my long-shelved thoughts into action in developing cross-platform mobile apps for Android and iOS using Xamarin and the MvvmCross Framework. I am also getting hands-on experience using various Azure Services as well as migrating some of my web-apps to Azure.
